Throughout the Wellbeing program, students will be using Higher Order Thinking Skills, building their Character, analyzing their Emotions, recognizing their Character Strengths, using their Talents & Abilities, practicing Mindfulness, adjusting their Mindset, participating in Resilience Builders, completing a weekly Wellbeing Fitness Challenge, developing the Habits of Mind, exploring their Multiple Intelligences, appropriately using Body Language, gathering Wellbeing Tips, and Processing Goals.
